70's Party Go totally hippie! This night will take you back to the good old (peace and love) days. Don't miss a trip through time that will stimulate all your senses! Exaggerated furniture, authentic cars, faux fur, lava lamps, disco balls, tie-dye linens and happening murals. All of this, plus some hippie costumes and a DJ playing the music that brings back so many memories will have you dancin' 'til you drop!
Beach Party We always ask our clients "what do you remember most about Los Cabos?" and they always answer "the beach". This is the perfect daytime or evening activity. Tropical Incentives has its own extensive beachfront property and it's the ideal scenario for the event of your dreams. We can set it up in a casual "Jimmy Buffet" style, like a scene from "Pirates of the Caribbean", or a warm and elegant Baja-style setting with the star-studded sky as a background. Fortunately, Los Cabos blesses us with its unique natural beauty and the Sea of Cortes is the perfect framework for a spectacular evening.
Casino Night Experience the emotion of Casino Night in a glamorous and festive atmosphere. Bets are made with "funny" money (if you want, with your company's logo) At the end of the evening, participant use their winnings to buy prizes (provided by group sponsors) in an auction. Our executives will help you specially tailor a Casino Night for your group.
Harley Davison Fiesta Come enjoy a great Harley Davison Party! Come on stage and dance to a live Rock band. Enjoy the exhibit of Harley Davison motorcycles and feel the power of sitting on a "hog". Check out their heavy duty tires, chrome hub caps, and powerful engines. Put on your leather gloves and shade, place your feet on the pedals and pose for a sensational photograph!
Cocktails at the Town Square A unique location at San Jose del Cabo's main square. Guests will enjoy a typical afternoon at the 'zocalo' decorated with multicolored flags, pirates, serapes, bales of hay and games. Guests are welcomed by a live mariachi band upon arrival. Waiters and hostesses wearing typical Mexican customs will serve guests lots of tequila during a fun mini-fair with lots of games and incredible prizes for participants.
Los Cabos Derby
Just like an authentic race. We'll bring the famous horse race to the San Jose Jockey Club, the perfect location for your incentive group to enjoy a day at the races. This is the only location in Baja California Sur that is set up like a real ranch. The track is lined with colorful Mexican flags, and participants can bet with fake money to win fabulous prizes. Your guests will want this day at the races to never end!
Fiesta Lounge The lounge environment is a mystical experience, magically perceived through the senses. You'll enjoy a unique, cool, elegant, modernist environment filled with the aroma of flowers and incense that will make you remember this moment for ever. Pirates Night Finally, the chance to live a typical day in the life of a pirate! Go back in time and hear the canons' roar, smell the salt air and discover the treasures of buccaneer Thomas Cavendish! This is one experience you'll never forget! This unexpected adventure begins with dinner with a nautical theme, and suddenly, an exact replica of a pirate ship built in 1895 appears on the sea, shooting its canons and filling the sky with a multicolored pyrotechnical display. A live band will play a variety of musical genres that will make everybody dance!
Fiesta Mexicana Experience an authentic Mexican fiesta in a joyful, colorful, wonderful atmosphere with mariachis, a folkloric ballet and fire works. The San Jose del Cabo Town Square is an excellent stage for these festivities!

Hotel California When you arrive at the event venue, you'll be received with the song "Welcome to the Hotel California" by the Eagles (either on a CD or played by a live band). We'll transform a restaurant or a hotel banquet room into a replica of the actual "Hotel California" !From the plants to the lighting, the bar and famous "Hotel California" sign, we'll take your guests back thirty years in time to Southern California, where travelers met in an incredible adventure of surfing, relaxing in the beautiful natural surroundings or simply chillin' !
Circus Night The imagination has no limits and tonight you'll see the most unforgettable and spectacular show in your life!
