DMC At the Airport
Reception and Welcome
Arriving at any airport in the world always causes a little stress before you can enjoy your vacation, especially if you don’t speak the local language. At Tropical Incentives DMC we try to make that moment as easy as possible for you by giving you all the help and support you need (as long as you request it in advance and there are no restrictions at the airport). Although it might seem a little complicated, the process for getting out of the airport is easy: when passengers disembark, they have to go through Immigrations where they show their passport and turn in their completed Immigration form that was handed to them on the plane. Once they have gone through Immigrations, they need to pick up their baggage on the appropriate carrousel and then go to Customs. After handing over the completed customs declaration form, passengers are asked to press the button on the “traffic light”. If they get the green light, they can go through, and if they get the red light, customs officials will do a quick inspection of their belongings. Tropical Incentives DMC staff will be waiting for them just outside this area to accompany them to their ground transportation that will take them to their hotel. (You must ask for this service in advance, whether on an individual or group basis.) A Tropical Incentives DMC staffer will always be present to offer you a warm, respectful welcome and to help you from the very first moment you arrive.

Signs
Whether at the airport upon arrival of group participants, in vehicles, at hospitality desks and at activities outside the hotel, and right up to the group’s departure, Tropical Incentives DMC’s team of professionals will always have signs to ensure the group’s security and comfort. These signs are made by the company’s graphic design department and can be customized with the group’s logo or any other special design you need. At the client’s request, we can also design and print up agendas and daily itineraries.

Hospitality Module
Cancun’s International Airport allows us to set up a hospitality desk (with the company’s logo or banner) at the exit point from the Customs Area to make your groups’ reception a little more personalized. The airport administration sets the rental cost for these spaces, which may vary, so if you require an airport terminal module, please ask Tropical incentives DMC in advance so we can do all the necessary legwork.

Lost Luggage
When you travel by plane, and even more so if there’s a connection during your flight, there’s a small risk of losing your luggage. If this should happen, Tropical Incentives DMC will take charge of recovering your belongings and taking them directly to your hotel (that is, of course, as long as the airline you traveled on sends it to Cancun during your stay).

Baggage Handling
When there are group arrivals of more than forty people, the best thing is to have a vehicle that will carry the entire group’s luggage. Tropical Incentives DMC staff will make sure baggage is taken directly to the hotel’s Bellboy Captain, so they can be placed in the respective rooms.

Documentation and Departure
Just like Tropical Incentives DMC will take care of the smallest detail to assure that tourists’ arrival at the destination is comfortable, the company will also take care of all the logistics required for a safe and comfortable departure. The expert team at T.I. will be waiting for travelers in the hotel’s lobby to make sure they board the appropriate vehicle, and to take care of their luggage until they arrive at the airport to begin their check-in procedures.
