Customs Brokers
As professionals in group events, we know that no matter in what country you’re holding your event, shipping in the materials you’ll use is always somewhat difficult and problematical. It is always best to use the services of a customs agent when shipping equipment or gifts for your group during their stay in Mexico. Ask your Tropical Incentives DMC representative for all the information related to pre-shipment, shipment, packing and duties before you send your materials. You should ship materials at the latest four weeks prior to your event. Your representative will be available to you at all times so that you will have your equipment, materials and stationery on time.
Hospitality Desks
Depending on your group’s needs, Tropical Incentives DMC can set up a hospitality desk at the hotel for your exclusive use. Our staff can advise you about different optional activities you might like to do during your stay here. The hotel will coordinate with you for the location and set-up of this desk and our multi-lingual staff will be available should you decide to use this service.
Banquets
If part of your program includes a theme party or special dinner someplace outside the hotel, our team of professionals will advise you on the best places with the finest regional, gourmet or international cuisine, depending on your tastes or requirements. For groups who want more unusual venues, we can always create a great theme party at a special location, like on the beach, at a ranch, or on a golf course.
