Café des Artistes For years considered one of the best restaurants in Puerto Vallarta and now, with its recent spectacular changes, one of the best in the world. Combining vitality and audacity, the great Chef Thierry Blouet has created a trilogy of culinary experiences under a single roof while preserving its original concept. Besides its French and Mexican culinary masterpieces, the restaurant also features an atmosphere that includes exuberant gardens on several levels. The ambiance, service and extraordinary cuisine have given Café des Artistes its well-deserved gourmet reputation. (capacity 230 people.)
Café Trío The sensational thing about Café Trio is its well thought-out combination of fresh local ingredients and impressive culinary expertise. The result is a marvelous mixture of Mediterranean flavors with a delicate touch of Mexican spices that speaks for itself. Los Xitomates A charming place named in honor of Mexico's contribution to world gastronomy-The tomato or 'xitomatl' in Nahuatl, the Aztec language. Located right in the heart of the city, this elegant, quiet restaurant is a sophisticated framework for presenting Mexican haute cuisine.
