In compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on July 5, 2010, the following Privacy Notice is issued:

2 -. INFORMATION.

"The Company" collects information provided by its clients, suppliers, service providers, business partners, employees, or any third party who may have access to the products and/or services of The "Company." In order to document the relationship with each of them, they voluntarily and freely provide the information included in contracts, letters, forms, databases, or other means, as appropriate, so that we can maintain adequate records of our relationships and to comply with legal requirements, when applicable.

Among the personal data, it includes "sensitive personal data," including, but not limited to, the following:

The name, nationality, and information of the person who, with their signature, can bind the legal entity to enter into the transaction, which may be the administrator or administrators, director, manager, legal representative, or authorized representative.

This Personal Data was collected in compliance with applicable legislation and the clauses of contracts entered into with parties providing such data voluntarily.

3-. CONFIDENTIALITY AND TREATMENT OF PERSONAL DATA

Confidentiality: Personal data, including sensitive data as referred to in the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, provided to "The Company" by our employees and third parties with implicit consent, whether physical, electronic, or by any other means, are handled and stored confidentially. Furthermore, through technological means and internal protection procedures, "The Company" constantly makes its best effort to maintain the security of the Personal Data provided to "The Company" to prevent unauthorized access to it. Handling: The Personal Data provided to "The Company" is used to fulfill legal requirements for maintaining adequate personnel records, as well as for suppliers of inputs and services and to coordinate all services provided by the Company, including emergencies. Except for "Sensitive Personal Data," personal information provided to "The Company" may also be used for advertising, promotion, telemarketing, website administration, service administration, development of new products and services, quality and customer satisfaction surveys, analysis of product, service, and website usage, sending notifications related to products and services operated by "The Company" and/or its affiliates or subsidiaries, and/or its business partners when required by law, to request the updating of your data and identification documents, and in general, to comply with our terms, conditions, and operation of our business.

"Sensitive Personal Data" is defined as personal data that affect the most intimate sphere of the data subject, or whose improper use could result in discrimination or pose a material risk to the data subject. In particular, "sensitive personal data" includes data that may reveal aspects such as racial or ethnic origin, health status, or present or future genetic information, religious, philosophical, or moral beliefs, union membership, political opinions, and sexual preferences. All "sensitive personal data" that may be collected is only used for business management and/or employer/employee relationship purposes and to provide better service to our clients. When providing personal data, it must be accurate, complete, and up-to-date at the time of collection, despite the fact that "The Company" may further verify the accuracy of such personal data, and the holder of "personal data" may exercise the right to rectify data, as indicated below in section 5.- titled "Means to exercise the rights of the data subject."

"The Company" is not obligated to obtain the prior consent of the data subject for the handling of personal data in the following cases: (i) when the company acts in direct compliance with applicable law, (ii) the data is from publicly accessible sources, (iii) personal data have been previously submitted to a dissociation procedure, (iv) for the fulfillment of obligations that "The Company" has acquired with the data subject, as a result of a contract entered into with them, (v) there is an emergency situation that could potentially harm an individual or their property, (vi) it is indispensable for medical care, prevention, diagnosis, provision of health services, provided that the data subject is unable to give consent, in terms of the General Health Law and other applicable legal provisions, and that such data processing is carried out by a person subject to professional secrecy or equivalent obligation, or (vii) by order of the competent authority.

"The Company" may transfer personal data, including sensitive personal data, through its related entities for administrative purposes. Appropriate use will be made, and special care will be taken when transmitting or using such personal data by a related entity, and they must be treated in accordance with the principles of legality, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, and responsibility in accordance with the law.

"The Company" does not collect personal information through the use of cookies and other technologies to collect personal information from you, such as the following: Browser type and operating system, Internet pages you visit, the following links, IP address, the site you visited before coming to us.

4 -. USE LIMITATIONS AND DISCLOSURE OF DATA

Personal Data provided to us through legal or legitimate means is handled properly and confidentially. Regardless of the above, personal data will be used and disclosed by and for the purpose of fulfilling the objectives established in the "Handling" section of this Notice, as well as for statistical, disassociated, and product improvement purposes, services, operations, activities, and even regarding the updating of content published on our website. Personal data will be transferable to third parties in order to (a) comply with current legal obligations, (b) comply with a judicial or administrative decision, and (c) for the time necessary for the operation and functioning of "The Company." In the event of the transfer of personal data, this will occur through legal means and instruments that guarantee an appropriate level of protection and security measures for such data. "The Company" will take the necessary and reasonable measures to de-identify the personal data provided to it when they are no longer necessary for the purposes outlined in this Notice and/or when "The Company" has no legal obligation to retain them.

5 -. MEANS TO EXERCISE THE RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT.

The data subject may request the responsible party at "The Company" at any time to access, rectify, cancel, or correct their personal data (ARCO - Access to Personal Data; Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition). To do so, the data subject must submit a written request to the responsible person, which must include at least the following information:

a) Name of the data subject and address or another means to communicate the response to their request.

b) Documents evidencing the identity or, where applicable, the legal representation of the data subject.

c) A clear and precise description of the personal data for which the data subject intends to exercise their rights.

d) Any other element or document that facilitates the location of personal data, as well as any other document required by current legislation at the time of submitting the request.

6 -. REVOCATION

The data subject may revoke their current consent for the handling of personal information at any time. 7 -. MODIFICATIONS TO THE PRIVACY NOTICE

"The Company" reserves the right to modify this Privacy Notice, in which case it will be communicated through a notice placed in a visible location at "The Company's" facilities at the aforementioned address or through written notification to employees or others.

b) Applicable Law: The interpretation and application of this Privacy Notice are governed by the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, the Federal Civil Code, and any other administrative provisions applicable to laws and regulations.

Consent: The Data Subject expressly acknowledges having read the content of this Privacy Notice and has no objections to it.
